- You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.
- The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and carefully folded in its original packaging.
- Do you opt for a store credit? Then it is no longer possible to return for cash back on your next order.

How do I return my items?
See instructions below:

  1. Register return
    Go to the return policy on our website and register your return. Enter your zip code and order number.

  2. Remove old labels.
    Make sure that all old shipping labels are removed from the package so that no old labels are scanned.

  3. Shipping via DHL
    Bring your package to a DHL point. Have the QR code scanned; the DHL point will then attach a shipping label to your package.

  4. Keep the shipping receipt
    You will receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace physically or by e-mail. Please keep this one safe.

  5. Return confirmation
    You will receive automatic notification once your return has been received and processed.
