  3. Remove all labels from your package so that no old label can be scanned.
  4. Bring/ship your package through a DHL point.
  5. Printer needed, DHL label must be printed.
  6. Proof of shipment with Track & Trace digitally (in the mail)
  7. You will automatically be notified when your return is received and processed.
  8. NOTE: Product must be returned unworn and undamaged. 
  9. NOTE: The product must be returned carefully folded in the original packaging.
