• How long will it take for my package to arrive?

  We try to get your order to you no later than 2 days later, but we always depend on our delivery service.

• Can I still change or cancel my order?

  If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We'll see what we can do.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

• How can I return or exchange something?

  Would you like to return or exchange an item? You can easily do so via our Return Policy page.
  You can find this page at the bottom of our website. Here you can register your return and follow the instructions.

• Are your garments true to size?

  In general, our items fall normally. There is a note with each product if it falls larger or smaller than average.

• When will I receive my money back after returning?

  Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 10 business days.
  Please note that we use a payment system that takes 1 business day to actually transfer the amount to your account.
