You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.

The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and carefully folded in its original packaging.

Would you prefer store credit? If so, you will not be able to return items for cash refunds on your next order.

How can I return my items?

1: Register your return

Go to the returns policy on our website and register your return. Enter your postal code and order number.

2: Remove old labels

Ensure that all old shipping labels are removed from the package so that no old labels are scanned.

3: Shipping via DHL

Take your package to a DHL point. Have the QR code scanned; the DHL point will then attach a shipping label to your package.
