Register return

Unfortunately, you cannot choose a store credit for orders paid with Klarna.

Would you like to exchange your order?

Return your order and place a new one. That is the fastest way to receive your desired item.

Please note!

  • You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.
  • The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and carefully folded in its original packaging.
  • Would you prefer store credit? If so, you will not be able to return items for cash refunds on your next order.
  • Discounts you received in the form of store credit because you paid with iDEAL will be applied to your returned items. You will also receive a separate email about this after your refund.

How can I return my items?

1: Register your return

Go to the returns policy on our website and register your return. Enter your postal code and order number.

2: Remove old labels

Ensure that all old shipping labels are removed from the package so that no old labels are scanned.

3: Shipping via DHL

Take your package to a DHL point. Have the QR code scanned; the DHL point will then attach a shipping label to your package.
