Return your order and place a new one. That's the fastest way to receive your desired item.

NB!

You have 14 days from the date your order is shipped to return your purchase.

The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and carefully folded in the original packaging.

If you choose store credit, you will no longer be able to return items for a refund on your next order.

How can I return my items?

See instructions below:

1: Register return

Visit our returns policy page on our website and register your return. Enter your postal code and order number.

2: Remove old labels

Make sure all old shipping labels are removed from the package so that no old labels are scanned.

3: Shipping via DHL

Take your package to a DHL point. Scan the QR code; the DHL point will then apply a shipping label to your package.
