How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We aim to deliver your order within two days, but we are always dependent on our delivery service.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@1608.nl. We will see what we can do.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Would you like to return or exchange an item? You can do so easily via our Returns page. You will find this page at the bottom of our website. Here you can register your return and follow the instructions.

Can I combine multiple returns into one package?

That is allowed, as paying double return costs is obviously a waste.

You can register a single return via our website, after which you will receive a return label. You may combine the packages and send them as a single return. Please ensure that all old shipping labels have been removed from the package.

To ensure proper processing, please clearly indicate all order numbers and the corresponding items in the package. This will allow our colleagues in the warehouse to immediately see that multiple orders have been combined into a single return.

Are your garments true to size?

In general, our items fit true to size. Each product description includes a note if it runs larger or smaller than average.

When will I receive my refund after returning the item?

Once we have received and processed your return shipment, we will refund the amount to your account within 10 working days. Please note: we use a payment system that requires 1 working day to actually transfer the amount to your account.
