How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We try to have your order delivered to you within 2 days at the latest, but we are always dependent on our delivery service.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at support@1608.nl. We'll see what we can do.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

How can I return or exchange something?

Want to return or exchange an item? You can easily do so through our Returns page. You can find this page at the bottom of our website. Here you can register your return and follow the instructions.

Can I combine multiple returns into one package?

That's allowed, but paying double return costs would of course be a waste.

You can register a single return through our website, after which you will receive a return label. You can combine the packages and ship them as a single return. Please ensure that all old shipping labels are removed from the package.

For proper processing, please clearly indicate all order numbers and the corresponding items in the package. This way, our warehouse colleagues can immediately see that multiple orders have been combined into a single return.

Are your clothes true to size?

Our items generally fit true to size. Each product has a note if it runs larger or smaller than average.

When will I receive my money back after returning?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 10 working days.
Please note: we use a payment system that takes 1 business day to actually credit the amount to your account.
